Product quality concerns. Trustpilot reviewers report receiving unsealed cigarette packs, cartons with missing filters, and cigarettes that burn unevenly. One reviewer described receiving packs with only 19 cigarettes instead of 20. Another reported filter leaks across entire cartons of Rose Gold Full Flavour cigarettes.
